microbiological preservation of food and feed; design of microbiological feed additives; biological plant protection; decontamination of fusarium mycotoxins from food and feed using microorganisms and essential oils; the impact of bioactive substances on the growth and inhibition of microorganisms; molecular methods for determination of pathogens in food and feed; isolation and characterization of biological substances of bacterial origin; use of nanoparticles in cosmetics and disinfectants to reduce bacterial growth and create biofilms.
