Jurgita Sekliuckiene is a Professor of International Business at School of Economics and Business, Kaunas University of Technology. She is the head of International Entrepreneurship research cluster and is a member of an Open Innovation research cluster at KTU. She has been involved in national and international research and study projects. Jurgita is a member of the editorial board for the journals Sains Humanika and Social Sciences. She has an international experience as visiting scholar and researcher at The University of Edinburgh (UK), University of Pavia (Italy), University Rovira i Virgili (Spain), Manchester Metropolitan University (UK), University of Split (Croatia) and Mugla University (Turkey).
Her primary areas of expertise are internationalization and international entrepreneurship, networks, export strategies, strategic management, with a special interest in transition and emerging economies INV’s and multinationals. She has authored or co-authored related publications in several journals including European Business Review, World Review of Entrepreneurship, Management and Sustainable Development, Amfiteatru economic, Transformations in Business and Economics, Engineering economics, etc.; and books by Springer and other publishers.
She is also member of the European International Business Academy and Baltic Management Development Association.
