CRH are
looking to recruit talent from Ireland, Romania, France, Netherlands, and
Poland.
This
scheme gives graduates the chance to get first-hand experience within multiple
areas of Finance including Group Finance, Internal Audit, and Divisional Finance,
and will help them to establish a career in the industry. Additionally, during
the 36-month programme, candidates will be able to earn a fully funded ACCA or
CIMA qualification, with paid time off to study provided.
Candidates
need to have graduated in 2021, or are due to graduate in 2022, to be
considered. Business, Accounting, or Finance-related degrees are
essential, with a final or expected grade of 2.1 being required.
Fluency
in English and strong ability in a second European language are also
essential.
Finally,
having the ability and willingness to travel throughout the EU without
visa restrictions is a core part of the EFGP, and as such we will only be
able to put forward candidates that meet these criteria.
