Green and digital transition in the EU – international seminar
The international seminar “Green and digital transition in the EU” is going to be held on January 17th, 2024 at the Poznań University of Economics and Business (Poland), as part of the Jean Monnet Centre of Excellence (JMCoE) “Resilient and transforming Europe” (Transform EU) activity.
The aim of the seminar is the creation of a platform for strategic and deepened discussion summarising the most topical challenges in the twin green and digital transition of Europe. It is extremely important to have such discussion in Poland nowadays. The seminar will have a multidisciplinary character referring to economic, political and social consequences of the above-mentioned twin green and digital transition. The seminar will be a response to a highly important need for evaluation of the process and results of green and digital transition and will give floor to discussions about the future sustainable development. It will form an important contribution to the European debate held at different territorial levels.
The target group of the seminar are: academics, experts, regional and national policy-makers, entrepreneurs, local media public institutions in general. The seminar will be organized at PUEB and streamed through the university YouTube channel.
