CFA Institute affiliation for the Quantitative Finance program
We are pleased to announce that the Master’s degree program Quantitative Finance received the affiliation of the CFA Institute within the University Affiliation Program.
The CFA Institute awards the title of CFA Chartered Financial Analyst®, which is the best-known and most sought-after investment advisor certificate in the world.
The mission of the CFA Institute is to promote the highest standards of ethics, education and professional development in the field of investment advisory and financial markets. The CFA Institute affiliation for the Quantitative Finance program:
- signals to our students and employers that the program curriculum is closely tied to the practice of investment management and is helpful to students preparing for the CFA® program exams,
- allows access of students and teachers of affiliated program to the current materials prepared by the CFA Institute,
- gives 10 scholarships to our students for the CFA® exams.
It is worth noting that we are one of two universities in Poland that have the CFA affiliation for programs at both degrees of study:
- the Bachelor’s in Finance,
- the Master’s in Quantitative Finance.
We encourage all potential students to apply for both programs. The CFA Institute affiliation confirms that they are consistent, very well designed and based on the updated knowledge and experience in the field of global finance.
