DIGIT coordination meeting in Madrid

✨ A fantastic time with a dedicated team! ✨

📅 From the 4th to the 6th of March, we met in Madrid for a project ‘People and Algorithms in Organisations: Competences to Work in the Digital Environment’ (DIGIT_NAWA) coordination meeting with representatives of our partner universities.

📌We have summarised the work done so far. Believe us: A lot is going on, and we are not about to stop!🚀

📌We discussed the task of developing case studies focusing on work and team management in AI-driven marketing environments. We aim to develop research-based teaching materials that all partner universities will use as part of their marketing courses and beyond.

📌We have focused a lot on the problem-based learning method and how it can be used to teach issues related to digitalisation, artificial intelligence, marketing, and work management. All to ensure that our students have the opportunity to acquire the competencies needed in today’s labour market.
