How AI is changing the way marketers work?

We’ve been having a lot of conversations lately about how artificial intelligence is changing and will continue to change the way marketers work.

Interesting findings from the report “How AI Is Driving Personal Productivity and Business Growth”, published by HubSpot in partnership with @The Next Wave.

📌Nearly 86% of marketers said AI saved them over an hour a day in creative ideation.
📌 68% of marketers believe AI has helped them advance their careers.
📌 Most respondents say the biggest benefit of working with AI is having more time for strategic tasks.

In our research project “People and Algorithms in Organisations: Competences to Work in the Digital Environment,” funded by the Polish National Agency for Academic Exchange (NAWA – Narodowa Agencja Wymiany Akademickiej) we identify the competencies needed to work in marketing and to manage such work, particularly concerning the use of generative artificial intelligence. We hope to see how AI is changing the landscape of marketers’ work in Europe.
