II Days of Young Quality Leaders 2022

From 9 to 10 June, 2022, II Days of Young Quality Leaders 2022 have been organized; it is a regular event that is a continuation of the Young Commodity Experts Days organized by the Institute of Quality Science. The program of the two-day conference included the Seminar Thesis Competition and the 17th Forum of Student Scientific Circles (SKN). As part of the event, nearly 50 participants gave more than thirty oral presentations and five poster presentations. All the presentations were subject to the substantive evaluation of a jury composed of employees of academic centers from Olsztyn, Kraków, Łódź and Poznań.

The winners of the competitions held as part of the II Days of Young Quality Leaders were:

Seminar Thesis Competition:

– Jarosław Pawlik for his oral presentation entitled “E-commerce in food. The e-grocery market in Poland and Sweden” (advisor: dr inż. Małgorzata Miśniakiewicz, Krakow University of Economics,)

17th Forum of Student Scientific Circles, oral presentations:

– Bartłomiej Lepczyński, Aleksandra Kułakowska i Agnieszka Siedlak for an oral presentation entitled “Does a quickly obtained dermatoscopy result in the diagnostic process affect the quality of life of dermatological patients?”, SKN of Psychology in Medicine, University of Opole,

– Wiktoria Studenna, Emilia Pic for an oral presentation entitled “Waste or maybe a healthy snack?”, SKN Inventum, Poznań University of Economics and Business,

17th Forum of Student Scientific Circles, poster presentations:

– Emilia Pic, Wiktoria Studenna and Katarzyna Czerniewicz for their poster presentation entitled “A refreshing drink of elderberries,” SKN Inventum, Poznań University of Economics and Business,

The event was held under the patronage of PUEB Rector, prof. dr hab. Maciej Żukowski, Jacek Jaśkowiak, Mayor of Poznań and Sigma-Not, publisher of many trade journals, including Przemysł Spożywczy (Food Industry.)
