PUEB in the 3rd place in the most important Polish ranking

The Poznań University of Economics and Business has once again earned the title of academic medalist among Polish economic universities, taking the 3rd place in the prestigious ranking of universities prepared by the Educational Foundation “Perspektywy”. This is strong proof that we offer education at the highest level, responding to the needs of the labor market and the challenges of the modern economy. Our mission is to educate business leaders, so our graduates leave the University equipped with the competencies required of sought-after specialists and valued managers.

The evaluation was carried out in 9 groups of criteria: prestige, graduate on the labor market, scientific potential, scientific efficiency, publications, educational conditions, innovation, internationalization and funding. In the ranking of academic universities announced on June 26, 2024, we fared best in the “Graduate in the labor market” group. Highly ranked 7th among all academic universities and 2nd among economic universities, we prove that we educate in accordance with the requirements of the labor market and the current needs of the economy. We are ranked 1st among economic universities in the criterion “Scientific efficiency” and “Educational conditions”.

In comparison to the previous year we achieved higher positions in the ranking of majors with the majors “International Relations” and “Management and Production Engineering. We maintained our previous 3rd position in the field of economics. We were also on the academic podium with the direction of computer science and econometrics.

Remaining at the top of the ranking is the result of the hard work and commitment of the entire academic community – lecturers, administrative staff and students. The University constantly strives to improve the quality of education and research, focusing on professionalization, innovation and cooperation with the socio-economic environment. We actively participate in the creation of an economy based on knowledge, sustainable development, well-being and diversity. We operate in an international environment being a partner of universities, business and administration. We are on the path of a constant development based on a strategy. Our students learn to operate effectively in a world of high demands, constant change and the unpredictibility. International accreditations and certifications show that we are a member of the international elite.
