Two publications by Prof. Milena Ratajczak-Mrozek, highlighting and systematizing the importance of relationships and networks have been published.

The chapter “Immigrant Entrepreneurs in Networks” in the De Gruyter Handbook of Migrant Entrepreneurship (eds. B. Glinka, J. Freiling, De Gruyter Publishers) systematizes research into networks in the literature on immigrant entrepreneurship and indicates the variety of networks that play a role in immigrant entrepreneurial activities.
