Databases under trial

You are encouraged to use the databases offered by publishers for free trials.

If you want to use a database, search for it by title in the alphabetical list below.

Then click on the title and select the appropriate database entry.

you can access the selected database from computers, phones, tablets, etc. connected to the Poznań University of Economics and Business network: in the Main Library and PUEB buildings. This entrance can be used without logging into the databases by all users using the Main Library on-site, as well as employees, doctoral students and students of PUEB.

 

 

 

you can access the selected database remotely from computers, phones, tablets, etc., disconnected from the PUEB network due to a different location than the Main Library and PUEB buildings. This entrance is available to PUEB staff, PhD students and students with a valid library account (logging in is required.)

 


EBSCO Mathematics Source database – trial access until 24.06.2025

Feel welcome to use the EBSCO Mathematics Source database – trial access from 25.04.2025 until 24.06.2025

The database contains more than 800 titles of foreign journals in full text in mathematics and related sciences.
It includes a specialized dictionary of 4,000 entries to help navigate the unique terminology.

Web of Science AI Research Assistant – trial access

We welcome you to use a brand new feature Web of Science: AI Research Assistant on 12.05.2025-11.06.2025.
Research Assistant uses generative artificial intelligence to help you browse Web of Science Core Collection database:
  • is available automatically after accessing the database – an icon with the assistant will be visible on the top bar of the home page,
  • operates on a full range of historical data (more than 120 years),
  • provides the possibility to search in one’s own language using a multilingual natural language search tool (more than 100 languages),
  • provides context-sensitive suggestions,
  • presents visualisations of links, e.g. article co-citation maps,
  • includes a guide to Literature Review 2.0.
To support the trial access, Clarivate representatives invite you to a webinar: Web of Science Research Assistant – Artificial Intelligence to support discovery and research, which will take place on 12.05.2025 at 12.00 P.M. The training is free, but pre-registration is required.
