individual years of studies, issuing student certificates, development of
individual Study Path cards, keeping study documentation, preparing
documentation and accounting for obligatory student internships, preparation of
documentation and organization of diploma, master and postgraduate diplomas
- administrative support of the didactic process: preparation of casting plans, cooperation with the Program Committee in the scope of designing study programs and changes introduced to them, cooperation in the development and updating of the study catalog
- administrative support of the Faculty's matters: preparation, preparation and documentation of the Faculty Council meetings, keeping documentation in the procedure for granting the academic title of the professor, keeping records of doctoral and postdoctoral conducts, and documentation related to employment as a full professor, associate professor, assistant professor, assistant, senior lecturer, lecturer and assistant trainee, preparation of the Institution Questionnaire and preparation of applications for financing statutory activities, technical and administrative service of committees operating at the Faculty, conducting internal and external reporting, printing economy strict adherence.
