CFA Institute is the global association of investment professionals that sets the standard for professional excellence and credentials.

The organization is a champion for ethical behavior in investment markets and a respected source of knowledge in the global financial community. The end goal: to create an environment where investors’ interests come first, markets function at their best, and economies grow.

CFA Institute has over 136,200 members in 145 countries and territories, including 130 000 CFA® charterholders, and 147 member societies. One of them is CFA Society Poland, which is in a close cooperation with PUEB.

Academic institutions that embed a significant portion of the CFA® Program Candidate Body of Knowledge (CBOK)—including the Code of Ethics and Standards of Professional Conduct—into their curriculum may be eligible to participate in the University Affiliation Program. An Affiliated University signals to their students and to employers that their curriculum is closely tied to the practice of investment management and is helpful to students preparing for the CFA® Program exams.

The Bachelor program of Finance at the PUEB has enjoyed CFA Institution accreditation since academic year 2017/2018. Our program is one of two bachelor programs which hold this accreditation in Poland.
