Dear Students,
The Graduation Ceremony is one of the last opportunities to meet lecturers and friends. It is also an unforgettable moment for your families and loved ones. Graduation is a time to sum up your achievements so far and dream about the next ones.
Graduating from the Poznań University of Economics opens a new stage in your life.
The graduation ceremony for first- and second-cycle students of full-time and part-time studies will take place in the Earth Hall located in the Poznań Congress Center (Poznań International Fair) on July 13-14, 2024. We will announce specific dates of the ceremony by June 15.
The deadline for registration and payments is June 28, 2024

IMPORTANT. Invitations can be collected from June 4 to July 10 (Monday – Friday), from 9:00-13:00, in building A, room 227.
The cost of participation in the ceremony is PLN 220.
Each student will receive a graduation package that includes:

Commemorative biretta
Each graduate takes a mortarboard for themselves. -
Rental of a gown for the duration of the ceremony
The gown and biretta will be collected immediately before the graduation ceremony. -
Brass pin
A pin with the university's emblem packed in a box specially designed for this ceremony. -
Discharge card
The card is not equivalent to a university diploma. -
A set of photos from the ceremony
The photos will be available on an internal server to which you will receive access. -
Invitations
Each graduate can invite four people. -
A bouquet of flowers for the university authorities
During the ceremony, selected graduates will present flowers to the university authorities. -
Video from the celebration
The video from the ceremony will be available on an internal server to which you will receive access. -
Celebration schedule
30 minutes. before graduation – rehearsal for graduates. The ceremony begins. Entrance of the university authorities. Speech by His Majesty the Rector. Speech by the director of studies in the field. Speech by PS representatives and graduates. Granting of ABSOLUTORY by His Rector. Closing ceremony.
