Terms of admission to the Doctoral School at Poznan University of Economics and Business in the academic year 2024/2025 within the scientific disciplines:

• economics and finance
• management and quality studies

Recruitment to the Doctoral School at the University of Economics in Poznań is carried out through competition. The competition procedure is conducted by a recruitment committee appointed by the Rector.

The PUEB Rector decides about admission to the Doctoral School.

Candidates applying for admission to the Doctoral School are obliged to submit the documents listed in the Resolution No. 17 of 15.12.2023 on defining the rules of recruitment to the Doctoral School:

Recruitment includes analysis of submitted documents and interview with the candidate.

Candidates for the PUEB Doctoral School are required to apply electronically. (active from 10.06.2024 to 26.07.2024)

Attention Non-EU Candidates!

“In accordance with the content of Article 40 § 4 and 5 of the Act of April 15, 2024 Code of Administrative Procedure (i.e., Journal of Laws 2024, item. 572 as amended), a party who does not have a place of residence or habitual residence or registered office in the Republic of Poland, another European Union member state, the Swiss Confederation or a member state of the European Free Trade Agreement (EFTA) – a party to the Agreement on the European Economic Area, if he or she has not appointed an attorney for the conduct of the case residing in the Republic of Poland and does not act through a consul of the Republic of Poland, is obliged to indicate an attorney for service in the Republic of Poland, unless service is made by means of registered electronic delivery service. If an attorney for service is not indicated, the letters intended for that party shall be left in the case file with the effect of service. The party should be instructed about this at the time of the first service. The party should also be instructed about the possibility of filing a response to the letter initiating the proceedings and explanations in writing, as well as about who may be appointed attorney.

According to Article 33 § 1 of the aforementioned law, a party’s attorney may be a natural person with legal capacity. The power of attorney shall be granted in writing or submitted for the record.”
