The publication focuses on companies that devote significant resources to R&D and the impact of market and technical knowledge integration on both their level of innovation and competitiveness. The monograph presents a theoretical as well as practical perspective on the integration of market and technical knowledge. The theoretical part focuses among others on resource-based view (RBV), the knowledge-based view (KBV) and dynamic capabilities. The empirical part included a qualitative study, as well as quantitative data analysis using the PLS-SEM method.
