Dr. Arkadiusz Kawa, prof. PUEB, together with researchers from Wroclaw University of Economics and Business (Prof. Patrycja Klimas, Dr. Karina Sachpazidu, Dr. Sylwia Stańczyk, prof. WUEB), HHL Leipzig Graduate School of Management (Katharina Brenk, prof. Dominik K. The article presents research findings on the influence of strategic, relational, and behavioral coopetition attributes on the performance of manufacturing firms. Based on the dataset of 1,216 companies, the study highlights the critical importance of factors such as strategic paradoxicality, relational strength, and trust while identifying attributes with a negative impact on coopetition performance, such as asymmetry and tensions. The findings provide actionable insights for managers, guiding them on which coopetition elements to foster to enhance effectiveness.
