Student from another University

1. Read the text of the Agreement on Exchange of Students between Partner Universities of the City of Poznań and the rules of the programme.
2. Choose the field of study and the course you wish to pursue at the Poznań University of Economics (PUEB).
3. Submit an application for eligibility for the PoMost Programme (Attachment 2) at your home University to the dean (the appropriate vice-dean) together with the syllabus of the course you have chosen to pursue at PUEB.

Note: the application must be submitted at least 4 weeks before the start of the semester at PUEB!

1. After approval at your home University, the application will be forwarded by your University’s PoMost Office to the PUEB Student Services Office.
2. If you qualify for the PoMost Programme, follow the rules specified in the Agreement.
3. In case of a negative decision, you will receive a justification for it.

Once you have passed the course, obtain its confirmation from the PUEB Student Services Office (Attachment 3). Transfer it to the dean’s office/student services office of your University.

PUEB students

1. Read the text of the Agreement on Exchange of Students between Partner Universities of the City of Poznań and the rules of the programme.
2. Choose the University, the field of study and the subject you wish to pursue at the partner University.
3. If the syllabus of a particular course is unavailable, contact the person indicated on the website of the partner University by e-mail. Use only the university’s mail for email contact.
4. Submit an application for eligibility for the PoMost Programme (Attachment 2) to the programme director responsible for your field of study at PUEB, together with the syllabus of the course you have chosen to pursue at the partner University.

Note: the application must be submitted at least 4 weeks before the start of the semester at the partner University!

1. Upon approval by your programme director, the application will be forwarded by the PUEB Student Services Office to the partner University. You will be informed of the decision of the partner University by the PUEB Student Services Office.
2. If you qualify for the PoMost Programme, follow the rules specified in the Agreement.
3. In the case of a negative decision of the dean/relevant vice-dean of the partner University, you will receive a justification for it.
4. Once you have passed the course, obtain its confirmation from the dean’s office/student services office of the partner University. Transfer the certified credit (Appendix 3) to the Student Services Office at PUEB.
