- Digitalisation and online accessibility of the “Bibliography of the economy of Greater Poland in the years 1919-1939” by Hanna Maciejewska (No. SONB/SP/550684/2022)
Purpose: popularisation of “Bibliography of the Greater Poland economy in 1919-1939” by Hanna Maciejewska, dissemination of the University’s scientific output and increasing the sources of information on Greater Poland’s regional economy.

- Retro-conversion of the BUEP Main Library’s alphabetical card catalogue for books published up to 1950 (No. SONB/SP/550262/2022)
Purpose: dissemination of scientific expertise from all disciplines of academic knowledge practised at the University of Economics (economics, management, commodity science, related sciences).

Duration of the project: 24 months
- Retrospective compilation of library resources from 1738-1939 into the online catalogue (No. SONB/SP/461587/2020)
Enrichment of the electronic catalogue database with 1,500 bibliographic records of books published before 1939. The project work also enabled the cleansing, disinfection and restoration of books (including five old prints published between 1738 and 1782).

Duration of the project: 20 months (May 2020 – December 2021)
- Digitisation, dissemination and preservation of a unique collection of reports from 1857-1948 (No SONB/SP/461575/2020)
The project included a unique collection of 800 annual reports and statements from 119 financial institutions, banks, businesses, insurance and scientific societies and social organisations operating in Poznań and Greater Poland between 1857 and 1948.
Result: availability of all documents in open access to the general public free of charge on the Greater Poland Digital Library platform. BUEP Main Library online catalogue provides direct access to the electronic version of the bibliographical record of reports. The project terms of reference also included the digitisation of 655 yearbooks and the repair and bookbinding of 584 damaged documents.
