Department of Education and Personnel Development
The Department of Education and Personnel Development boasts a 20-year history, significant scientific and teaching achievements and continuous staff development. The Department’s research area includes issues related to the determinants of career development in the labour market (mainly in the non-profit sector, especially in education, as well as the professional development of other groups in the labour market) and the resulting challenges for the education system.
