Elsevier 2025 open access publishing programme

We encourage you to participate in the Elsevier open access publishing program under the 2025 national license.

The program was launched on May 06, 2025 with a total of 1084 articles for the year 2025.

For this program, only articles accepted for publication in the current year upon signing the contract are eligible, and the date of submission to a journal will not be relevant. The publisher does not provide for retroactivation of articles, therefore only articles accepted for publication after the program is launched will be eligible for submission.

The program covers hybrid journals:

•  120 titles from 2 collections: Business, Management and Accounting, Economics, Econometrics and Finance
•  1124 titles from 7 subject collections: Biochemistry, Genetics and Molecular Biology, Computer Science, Engineering, Health Sciences, Immunology and Microbiology, Mathematics, Physics and Astronomy.
