An inspiring NAWA coordination meeting in Budapest!

Last week, we spent three incredibly productive days at Corvinus University of Budapest for a coordination meeting on our project, “People and Algorithms in Organisations: Competences to Work in the Digital Environment.” And wow – what a meeting it was! 🙌🚀

A major highlight of our time together was the deep dive into our PBL (Problem-Based Learning) teaching experiences after the DIGIT Boot Camp event for our students. We explored ways to improve our teaching materials and modify our facilitation approach to better support learners navigating digital transformation in organizations. These sessions were packed with thoughtful discussions, constructive feedback, and fresh ideas. 🧠✨

We also reviewed the overall progress of the NAWA project, reflecting on what we’ve achieved so far and aligning on the steps ahead. Seeing how much we’ve built together – and how committed the whole team is – made us incredibly proud. The collaboration, openness, and shared purpose in our group are truly something special. 🤝💪

Of course, it wasn’t all work! Our walks through beautiful Budapest provided the perfect setting to continue exchanging ideas, strengthening relationships, and simply enjoying being together as a team. 💬🌆

We left Budapest energized and excited for the next phase. Huge thank you to Dubravka Sincic, Andrea Lučić, Alessandra Cioli, Amira Mouakher, @Belen Rodriguez Canovas, Jesús Garcia-Madariaga, Piotr Kwiatek, PhD, Renata Nestorowicz, Alicja Koperska, Natalia Gluza, Krzysztof Durczak, Grzegorz Leszczyński, Maciej Ławrynowicz, Anna Rogala, for your engagement, passion, and teamwork. Let’s keep pushing boundaries and creating impactful learning experiences – together! ❤️✨

A big thank you to our fantastic hosts, Moreno Frau, Tamara Keszey, Mirkó Gáti, and Ákos Varga PhD, for creating such a welcoming, thought‑provoking, and smoothly run meeting – we truly appreciate it. 🙏❤️
