Dr hab. Milena Ratajczak-Mrozek, prof. UEP, moderated the session “Reconfiguration of Marketing Strategies and Resources – Drivers, Approaches, and Expected Outcomes” during the 6th Scientific Seminar of the Polish Scientific Marketing Society, titled “Marketing in Building Organizational Resilience – Strategies, Tools, and Measurement Methods,” held on April 16. The panel discussion focused on the reconfiguration of marketing strategies and resources in response to changing environmental conditions, with particular attention to its drivers, implementation approaches, and expected outcomes for organizational resilience. The panelists included Karolina Białas (Biała Sowa / University of Szczecin), Dr Mikołaj Zgaiński (University of Applied Sciences in Leszno), Angelica Pegani (UBC Group), and Janusz Jankowiak (former CEO / Strategic Advisor).
