Dr hab. Milena Ratajczak-Mrozek, prof. UEP, dr hab. Arkadiusz Kawa, prof. UEP, and dr. Aleksandra Hauke-Lopes participated in the 13th National Scientific Conference in the series “Organizational Development Management” titled “Mobilization, Commercialization, and Internationalization of Knowledge”

Dr hab. Milena Ratajczak-Mrozek, prof. UEP, dr hab. Arkadiusz Kawa, prof. UEP, and dr. Aleksandra Hauke-Lopes participated in the 13th National Scientific Conference in the series “Organizational Development Management” titled “Mobilization, Commercialization, and Internationalization of Knowledge,” organized by the Institute of Management at the Lodz University of Technology.

During the conference, dr hab. Milena Ratajczak-Mrozek, prof. UEP participated in a panel discussion on collaborative relationships in the mobilization, commercialization, and valorization of knowledge. The discussion highlighted the importance of interorganizational relationships, trust, and the co-creation of value and knowledge in an increasingly complex environment. In addition, dr hab. Milena Ratajczak-Mrozek, prof. UEP, presented a poster titled “From Idea to Impact: Key Success Factors for AI Startups,” based on the results of research conducted jointly with Nirisha Manandhar. Dr. Aleksandra Hauke-Lopes prepared a poster for the conference titled “Knowledge acquisition by SMEs in asymmetric B2B relationships – a network perspective on power and learning,” in which she presented the results of research on asymmetry, knowledge transfer, and value creation in business relationships. In turn, dr hab. Arkadiusz Kawa, prof. UEP prepared a paper titled “Modular construction as a response to disasters and migration,” which was developed as part of the NCN grant titled “Sustainable and optimized value chain of modular construction.”
