Dr hab. Milena Ratajczak-Mrozek, prof. UEP, delivered an invited seminar at the Institute of Public Affairs at the Jagiellonian University on April 15, 2026. The presentation, entitled “Academic Mobility in Building a Research Career – Strategies and Good Practices,” was followed by a Q&A session.

The seminar addressed different forms of academic mobility and how they can be effectively leveraged for research career development, including situations where long-term mobility is not feasible. Particular attention was given to practical strategies for planning mobility and enhancing its tangible impact, with a focus on building meaningful international relationships and achieving lasting collaboration outcomes.
