On 19–23 May 2026, prof. Milena Ratajczak-Mrozek and Aleksandra Hauke-Lopes, PhD participated in a research mobility visit to Oulu Business School (Oulu, Finland) under the project of the Polish National Agency for Academic Exchange “NAWA PROM – Short-term Academic Exchange”.

The mobility included workshops, research seminars, and working meetings with researchers from Oulu Business School. The activities focused on issues related to sustainability, organizational resilience, and inter-organizational relationships. The visit also provided an opportunity to discuss current research directions, possibilities for joint scientific publications, and the development of further international research cooperation.
