On October 23–24, 2025, Prof. Milena Ratajczak-Mrozek and Dr. Aleksandra Hauke-Lopes represented the Department of Business Relationships and International Marketing during the international CEENT – Central and Eastern European Entrepreneurship Conference. The conference was jointly organised by three universities: Jagiellonian University, Riga University of Technology, and Gdańsk University of Technology, which hosted this year’s edition.
Prof. Ratajczak-Mrozek presented research findings on “The strategies of legitimating restaurant brand in the plant-based industry – perspective of entrepreneurs and consumers” (paper co-authored with Dr. Marcin Wieczerzycki), while Dr. Hauke-Lopes delivered a presentation titled “Asymmetric business-to-business relationships and value creation – perspective of small entrepreneurial companies.”
Participation in the CEENT conference provided an excellent opportunity to exchange academic experiences with researchers from Central and Eastern Europe, establish international research collaborations, and showcase the research conducted within the Department. The conference also enabled a deeper understanding of current trends in entrepreneurship and the development of business relationships in the CEE region.
