Participation of Professor Milena Ratajczak-Mrozek in the Forum on the Discipline of Management and Quality Sciences
On 27–28 October, the Forum on the Discipline of Management and Quality Sciences took place — one of the most important meetings of the academic community engaged in this field in Poland.
The event was organised by the Committee on Organisation and Management Sciences of the Polish Academy of Sciences (PAN) and the Faculty of Management and Social Communication of the Jagiellonian University. The Forum brought together Chairs of the Discipline Councils of Management and Quality Sciences from more than 40 academic institutions across the country.
The Poznań University of Economics and Business was represented by Professor Milena Ratajczak-Mrozek, Head of the Department of Business Relationships and International Marketing and Deputy Chair of the Academic Advancement Council.
The discussions focused on the future of the discipline, evaluation challenges, the development of subdisciplines, and new research directions. The Forum also provided an excellent opportunity to exchange experiences among representatives of universities from all over Poland and to build a shared vision for the development of management and quality sciences within the national higher education system.
Other PUEB representatives and members of the Committee on Organisation and Management Sciences of the Polish Academy of Sciences who took part in the Forum included Professor Beata Skowron-Mielnik, Professor Szymon Cyfert, and Professor Zygmunt Waśkowski.
