Prof. Gliszczyńska-Świgło among the 2% most influential scientists in the world
Prof. Anna Gliszczyńska-Swiglo, Vice Rector for Education and Students at PUEB, has been named among the 2% most influential scientists in the world. This is an elite group of academics whose publications are most often cited.
This prestigious list is prepared on the basis of a methodology developed by the staff of Stanford University, Elsevier Publishing and SciTech Strategies. The methodology takes into account dozens of objective criteria, including the number of citations, Hirsch index and the author’s place among co-authors. The list includes scientists from around the world in all fields, including the natural, economic and social sciences conducting research in more than 160 scientific disciplines.
