Between 7 and 13 September 2025, Professor Milena Ratajczak-Mrozek and Dr Aleksandra Hauke-Lopes took part in a training visit within the framework of the Erasmus+ Staff Mobility for Training programme at Syddansk Universitet – University of Southern Denmark in Kolding.
The visit took place at the invitation of Professor Mads Bruun Ingstrup and was aimed at developing teaching and research competencies, exchanging experiences, and strengthening international cooperation. During the seminars and academic discussions, prof. Milena Ratajczak-Mrozek presented the results of her research on relationships and the characteristics of sustainable entrepreneurs, while Aleksandra Hauke-Lopes, PhD introduced the concept of a monograph devoted to value creation and appropriation by companies in network relationships.
Participation in the programme enabled the expansion of research perspectives, the reinforcement of institutional ties, and the identification of potential areas for collaboration in joint projects and academic publications.
