Research trip to the Fachhochschule Oberösterreich - Research Center Steyr
⛵ Even though it is the summer holiday season, we are still working hard on the project “People and Algorithms in Organisations: Competences to Work in the Digital Environment” (DIGIT_People and algorithms)! 💪
📅 From July 14 to 18, Grzegorz Leszczyński undertook a research trip to the Fachhochschule Oberösterreich – Research Center Steyr.
🔍Together with Piotr Kwiatek, PhD, they analysed existing research on AI usage in marketing and the competencies needed to manage such work from the perspective of dynamic capabilities. It seems they really liked it! 😉
