1. What was the most breakthrough moment in your career?

The most breakthrough moment in my career came in the aftermath of the COVID-19 pandemic. Until then, I was deeply involved in real estate and sales. The disruption of that period pushed me to rethink long-term value and scalability. I made a strategic shift into management consulting, combining my business background with emerging technology trends. That move allowed me to advise companies on digital transformation, operational efficiency, and cloud adoption. It positioned me at the intersection of business strategy and technology — and shaped the direction of my career ever since.

2. What has been your biggest professional success?

My biggest professional success was making the decision to leave Deloitte and start my own consulting firm. It was a bold move — stepping away from a globally recognized brand to build something independently — but it turned out to be the most rewarding. Through my firm, I’ve helped clients modernize operations, embrace digital strategy, and become future-ready. Securing B2B partnerships with firms like Deviniti, and seeing the direct impact of my work on how companies operate and grow, has been the most fulfilling part of my journey.

3. If you could go back to the starting point of your career, but with all the knowledge and experience you’ve gained, what would you do differently?

If I could start again, I would focus on building the right skills much earlier — practical, high-demand capabilities like strategic thinking, communication, and digital literacy. I’d also take more initiative in speaking up, attending networking events, and stepping onto the stage without hesitation. Learning to see things from a broader, system-level perspective is something I wish I had developed sooner. On a personal level, I would have also aimed to build a family in my late 20s while continuing to grow professionally. Balance is challenging — but possible when planned intentionally.

4. What’s your recipe for success? How to achieve it? What to focus on? What to avoid? What competencies gained from your studies at PUEB turned out to be the most important?

My recipe for success is built on clarity of vision, continuous upskilling, and staying adaptable. Focus on skills that truly drive results — strategic thinking, digital know-how, and strong communication. Avoid passive waiting or chasing approval. Take the stage, take risks, and speak your ideas confidently — those actions open doors.

PUEB played a key role in my growth. It challenged me to think beyond technical execution and understand business from a broader, strategic perspective. That shift in mindset allowed me to pivot from working in the aerospace industry into fintech and digital transformation consulting — a transition that shaped my entire career. The most valuable competencies I gained at PUEB were critical thinking, cross-cultural collaboration, and the ability to connect data with decision-making.

5. What advice would you give current students who are at the beginning of their careers?

Get clear on your goals early. Take time to define your short- and long-term vision, break it down into a roadmap, set deadlines, and decide what outcomes you expect. That clarity will guide your decisions.

Invest in building practical, market-relevant skills — and don’t be afraid to step outside your comfort zone. Speak up, network, attend events, and learn from every interaction. Stop fearing rejection — it’s often just redirection.

And finally, find your people. Build a circle that shares your values, inspires you, and pushes you forward. The right community will shape not just your career — but your mindset.
