One of the most beautiful and solemn events of your university journey is approaching – the Graduation Ceremony. This is a moment where pride in your academic achievements meets the prospect of new opportunities. It is also an occasion to thank your loved ones, friends, and mentors for the years spent together and to look boldly into the future.

Location: Aula of Adam Mickiewicz University (ul. Wieniawskiego 1). Participants: First and second-cycle students (full-time and part-time).
Ceremony Schedule:
July 11, 2026
9:00 AM – Accounting and Corporate Finance (for first and second-cycle students, full-time and part-time)
1:00 PM – Management (for first and second-cycle students, full-time and part-time)
4:00 PM – Innovation Management, Finance, Quantitative Finance, Master in International Business, Bachelor in Business Administration (ceremony held in English)
July 12, 2026
9:00 AM – Economics, Finance and Financial Markets (for first and second-cycle students, full-time and part-time)
1:00 PM – Informatics and Economic Analysis, International Economics, Quality Science (for first and second-cycle students, full-time and part-time)
Every student will receive a graduation package.

A commemorative biretta (graduation hat)
Each graduate receives a biretta (no need to return it). -
Rented toga for the ceremony (the cloak)
Collection of the toga and biretta will take place at the venue, before the graduation ceremony. -
Brass pin
Pin with the University emblem packed in a box specially designed for this ceremony. -
Graduation card
The card is not equivalent to a graduation diploma. -
A set of photos of the ceremony
The photos will be available on an internal server to which you will be given access. -
Invitations
Each graduate has the opportunity to receive invitations for 3 people. -
Ceremony video
The video of the ceremony will be available on an internal server to which you will be given access. -
Schedule of the ceremony
30 minutes before the Graduation - rehearsal for the graduates. Start of the ceremony. Entrance of the University authorities. Speech of the Rector. Speech of the Director of studies. Speech of representatives of students, graduates. Granting of the ABSOLUTORY by the Rector. Closing of the ceremony. -
Pickup of Invitations
Invitations can be picked up from June 2 to June 30 (Monday–Thursday), from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m., in Building A, Room 227. Additional dates for part-time students are: May 30 and 31, 2026 (Saturday and Sunday), from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM, in Building A. June 13 and 14, 2026 (Saturday and Sunday), from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM, in Building A. June 27 and 28, 2026 (Saturday and Sunday), from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m., in Building A.

- What is my password and login to register in the system?
You need to register separately in this system – logins and passwords for other University systems do not work. - Is there an option to buy an invitation for another accompanying person?
We do not sell invitations. A student pays for participation in the Graduation and invites 3 people. Fair play. - Are invitations verified before entering the venue?
Invitations are not verified before entering the venue. - Can undergraduate (Bachelor) students sign up for the Graduation?
Yes. Full-time and part-time first degree students have the opportunity to attend the Graduation. - When do the Graduation ceremonies take place?
The dates of the Graduation ceremonies are July 11 and July 12, 2026. - When can invitations be picked up?
Invitations can be picked up from June 2 to June 30 (Monday–Thursday), from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m., in Building A, Room 227. Additional dates for part-time students are:
– May 30 and 31, 2026 (Saturday and Sunday), from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM, in Building A,

– June 27 and 28, 2026 (Saturday and Sunday), from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m., in Building A. - What is the cost of participation in the Graduation?
The cost of participation in the ceremony is PLN 240. Each student will receive a commemorative biretta, a graduation card, a set of photos and a video of the ceremony (in electronic version). The amount also includes the rental of a toga on the day of the event. - How long does the graduation ceremony last? How long is the discharge ceremony?
Each ceremony lasts 2-2.5 hours. - I am graduating with two majors. Do I pay double the price for the Graduation at this point?
No. There is only one fee. Report this information to the email address: absolutorium@ue.poznan.pl. - What is the requirement for taking part in the Graduation?
There is no other requirement. Any PUEB’s student who is graduating has the right to take part in the ceremony (pay etc.).
