Join the GraMSport ‘Migracja Wielorybów’ group challenge!

We are delighted to invite you to the GraMSport sports challenge “Whale Migration,” organised by Polish NAtional Association for Doctoral Candidates (KRD) in cooperation with Medicover Sport. It is a gamification programme based on everyday physical activity — running, walking and cycling — where every kilometre and every one of you counts.

👍 WHAT DOES THIS CHALLENGE INVOLVE? 👍
We are following the trail of the great ocean migrations. During migration, whales can travel tens of thousands of kilometres. Our shared goal is 130,000 kilometres. Every doctoral council and every doctoral student adds their kilometres to one enormous migration. We do not all swim at the same pace — but we all head in the same direction. Local activities add up to a global movement.

😊 HOW TO JOIN THE CHALLENGE? 😊
Open the Medicover Sport app (an active package is required).
Go to the “Challenges” section and enter the code: IaTrlQ.
Start collecting kilometres — running, walking or cycling.
Climb the ranking together and compete for prizes.
You can join at any point during the challenge, but the earlier you start, the more kilometres you will gather and the greater your chance of winning. Note: only activities recorded after entering the code count — earlier ones are not included.

In short: go to https://lnkd.in/dp9nWe9y, use the access code krajowaRDMS2025, register with your doctoral email address, choose a package and pay for the first month. Registration runs from the 1st to the 15th of each month, and the package starts on the first day of the following month.

Individual prizes go to the 505 participants with the highest number of points in the global ranking, including:

Condition for individual prizes: KRD must reach the challenge goal, and the participant must keep an active package throughout the challenge.
