Visit of dr hab. Marcin Soniewicki, prof. UEP, to Stockholm Business School

On 24–25 September 2026, Dr hab. Milena Ratajczak-Mrozek, Prof. PUEB, participated in the international scientific conference The Regional Industrial Marketing Management Summit: Baltic States, organised by Kozminski University in cooperation with the editorial team of Industrial Marketing Management.

During the conference, she presented a paper entitled “How Self-Determination Drives Sustainability: Applying Self-Determination Theory to Triple Bottom Line Value Creation of Micro-Enterprises”, co-authored with Maja Sajdak and Aleksandra Hauke-Lopes. The presentation explored the role of entrepreneurs’ motivation, examined through the lens of Self-Determination Theory, in creating economic, social, and environmental value within micro-enterprises.

Additionally, Prof. Milena Ratajczak-Mrozek chaired the scientific session “Business Relationships and Networks”, dedicated to inter-organisational relationships and business networks.
