SRG Data Science: Organizational Meeting 2025/2026
On October 30th, the organizational meeting of the Student Research Group “Data Science” took place. During the meeting, the group’s directions of activity and the plan for the 2025/2026 academic year were discussed. This year’s workshops and lectures will focus on developing fundamental skills in data analysis and creating projects using Python and web technologies (HTML, JavaScript). Meetings with industry professionals are also planned.

The discussed topics will aim to enhance participants’ abilities in analytical thinking, data handling, and interpretation—skills that are increasingly sought after in the job market. Moreover, the planned projects will allow students to apply their newly acquired knowledge in practice. The meeting was led by: Dr. Włodzimierz Lewoniewski, Patryk Danielewicz.
The goal of the SRG “Data Science” is to promote knowledge about data analysis using information technologies among students, to teach and improve their programming skills through research projects, and to foster collaboration with other student organizations for joint initiatives and mutual exchange of experience.
