The Library’s new online catalogue – from 13 July 2026

We would like to inform you that, from 13 July 2026, the Main Library’s new catalogue, based on the Koha library system, is now available.

The new system offers a more intuitive search for publications, a clear display of information on the availability of copies, and convenient access to your reader account.

Once you have logged into your reader account, you can use the new online services, including:

• requesting books from the Reading Room’s stock for use on the premises,
• requesting books for loan from the Lending Library,
• reserving borrowed items,
• paying online for late returns,
• submitting collection purchase suggestions directly from your account.

The system also allows you to register for a library account yourself using an online form. Once registration is complete, you can place orders for books straight away.
