PUEB International Conference "Women in Business Education"

March 9, 2026

Women in Business Education is a one-day event dedicated to the role of women in shaping the present and future of business education, both locally and globally. The conference aims to provide a space for dialogue among female leaders from academia, accreditation bodies, and the business world, with a strong focus on diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI). The conference will be held in English.

The event will bring together deans and directors of business schools, heads of major accreditation organizations (such as AACSB, EFMD Global), and professionals working at the intersection of business, education, and STEM. The conference will highlight women’s contributions to the advancement of business education and promote best practices for creating inclusive academic environments.

Key objectives:

  • Exchange of ideas and best practices supporting women in academia.
  • Exploration of how international accreditation standards support gender equity.
  • Strengthening women’s presence in business, science, and technology.
  • Fostering collaboration between institutions through DEI-focused initiatives.
