1. What was the most breakthrough moment in your career?
Moving to the USA was my most significant breakthrough moment professionally. This transition allowed me to expand my reach from European markets to American companies, giving me the opportunity to work with diverse organizations and implement AI and data monetization strategies on a global scale. USA is first to build AI so massive knowledge about AI is there, which shaped my professional career. The move accelerated my growth as a C-Level AI Strategy Advisor, CEO of Volta Venture AI Agents House and opened doors to serving on boards like Tech Titans, where I now guide AI and technology advancements in the US.
2. What has been your biggest professional success?
Having more than 50 testimonials from global companies’ managers who appreciate my work is my greatest professional success. These testimonials from executives at organizations like Discovery Networks, Maspex Group, Modoma Health, Krishome and many others validate my approach to leveraging AI for business transformation.
3. If you could go back to the starting point of your career, but with all the knowledge and experience you’ve gained, what would you do differently?
I would move to the USA quicker. While I’ve built a successful career working with both European and American companies, establishing myself earlier in the American market would have accelerated my professional growth and expanded my impact sooner. The dynamic technology landscape and innovation culture in the US provides unique opportunities to implement AI and data monetization strategies at scale, which I could have leveraged earlier in my career journey.
4. What’s your recipe for success? How to achieve it? What to focus on? What to avoid?
There’s no magic pill for success—it comes down to focus, consistency, and discipline.
To achieve success:
- Focus on developing deep expertise in your field. For me, that’s been AI strategy and data monetization.
- Maintain consistency in delivering measurable results for clients, as evidenced by the testimonials and metrics I’ve collected.
- Practice discipline in continually updating your knowledge and skills, especially in rapidly evolving fields like AI.
What to avoid:
- Spreading yourself too thin across multiple domains instead of building specialized expertise
- Inconsistent effort or follow-through with clients and projects
- Neglecting to measure and communicate the tangible impact of your work
The competencies gained from my studies at PUEB that proved most important were the ability to negotiate, understand numbers, and communicate effectively. These foundational skills have been essential in helping me translate complex technical concepts into business value for clients.
5. What advice would you give current students who are at the beginning of their careers?
Focus, discipline, consistency, and travel to work in different cultures. Developing a clear professional focus helps you build valuable expertise rather than becoming a generalist. Discipline and consistency are crucial for long-term success—they help you deliver reliable results and build a strong reputation. Importantly, don’t limit yourself to one cultural context; working internationally exposes you to diverse perspectives and business approaches. My experience working across European and American markets has been invaluable in broadening my understanding of how technology, particularly AI, can be applied to solve business challenges in different contexts.
