Since I moved to Poland, my only role (not paid) is trustee of the association, even though I am basically taking care of the executive decisions and managing the relationships with the association in Italy and the structure in Tanzania. The association has 40 children with disabilities, and HIV illness and all of them are orphans. We also provide daily health support to kids around the villages and Perdue several drug addictions prevention programs, as well as medical screenings in rural communities. Two months ago we celebrated the 20 anniversary of the association in Tanzania

1. The most groundbreaking moment in your career?

The most breakthrough moment was definitely when as a young man I decided to pursue an entrepreneurial life. Since then, I have faced many difficulties and challenges, but with the awareness to eventually succeed.

2. Your greatest professional success?

My biggest professional success has been expanding my business in Poland, after years of market research and consulting.

3. If you could go back to the starting point, but with all the knowledge and experience you’ve gained, what would you do differently?

Definitely not! There is no time for regrets, we try, we fail, we learn and then move on.

4. Your recipe for success. How to achieve it? What to focus on? What to avoid? Which competencies gained from your studies at UEP (Poznań University of Economics and Business) proved to be the most important?

I don’t think I have yet reached the level of maturity and status to be able to speak of what success is and how to achieve it. The only suggestion I am entitled to make is, work hard and smart! My path within PUEB helped me having awareness of financial tools and structures that I did not have before. Furthermore, creating an international network that has helped me in my private and professional life.

5. What advice would you give to current students who are at the beginning of their careers?

There is no easy path, take risks, go out there and work for your dreams!
