  • Medical care

    Medical care  includes access to private healthcare services that doctoral students can use thanks to co-financing provided by PUEB. This includes specialist consultations, medical tests, and preventive health services.

  • Meal subsidies

    Meal subsidies allow the purchase of meals at university dining facilities at a reduced price. The condition is to present a university ID, and the details regarding the amount of the subsidy and the method of settlement are determined by the university’s internal regulations.   • Mail with @ue.poznan.pl domain

    All doctoral students enrolled in the UEP Doctoral School are required to use the university mailbox.

    After being entered into the list of doctoral students, each doctoral student is automatically assigned an email address based on their name and surname (e.g. name.surname@ue.poznan.pl) .

    When logging in to the university email service, please enter the above email address and the same password as for the USOSweb system.

    Please be advised that all notifications from the USOSweb system and messages from the University are sent to your university email address.

  • Access rights to KD facilities (social areas, rooms, etc.) with the use of doctoral student ID cards

    Please be advised that social rooms for employees and doctoral students are available on the premises of the Poznań University of Economics and Business. Access is granted upon presentation of an ID card:

    1) room no. 142 on the first floor of building A,

    2) staff canteen in room no. 219 in the wing of building A,

    3) room no. 20 on the ground floor of building C,

    4) room no. 101 on the first floor of building B,

    5) room no. 920 on the ninth floor of the Altum building

    6) room no. 219 on the second floor in the wing of building A

  • Reservation of rooms for videoconferences

  • Access to the parking lot

  • Company Social Benefits Fund

    In accordance with the Regulations of the Company Social Benefits Fund of the Poznań University of Business and Economics, doctoral students of the PUEB Doctoral School, starting from the fourth semester of study until the end of the last semester of the planned period of study or the date of defence, if the date of defence falls before the planned end of study – within the scope of funds specified in § 5(2) point 6 letter a) subsidising the costs of cultural, educational, sporting and recreational activities; in particular, the funds are allocated for: the purchase of tickets (season tickets, vouchers, etc.), including: cinemas, theatres, operas, stage performances, concerts, exhibitions, as well as sporting and recreational events, swimming pools.   • Participatory budget

    Theparticipatory budget is an initiative that allows staff and PhD students to submit project proposals aimed at improving university life and to vote on selected ideas. The chosen projects are then funded from the university’s budget.
